1. How do I place an order online?
You can easily place an order on our website by selecting the desired product, adding it to your cart, and completing the checkout process. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number and details.

We process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders within the United States. Standard delivery time is 7-15 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on our website in the “Order Tracking” section.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us via email [email protected] if you want to make changes. After this time, if the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
6. Can I return or refund the product?
Yes, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it if it is unused and in its original packaging. We will refund 100% of the product value, however you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
